Yes, great experience. Just Got my doll today and I have to say it is gorgeous to look at. The craftsmanship is superb and very detailed. Their customer service was very fast in responding an inquiries. There was not any really single problem with the transaction. Everything from communication to giving information for shipping/questions about products took no longer than a day or two. Sometimes even less. I would recommend purchasing from them as they also have the best prices.
